Today, Emanuela is sharing a recipe she made with the last basket. A delicious mango and passion fruit cake. Here it goes!

Passion Mango cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 2 mangos
  • 3 passion fruits
  • 15 gr of sugar
  • 300 gr of flour
  • 75 gr of coconut butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water


Mix the eggs with the sugar and blend the Fruits with the eggs. Add all the powder ingredients and adjust the consistency with water. Bake at 180℃ for about 40 minutes.  The cake doesn’t have butter or oil.
